Fulfilment/Shipping Policy
1. Service Description
We provide Spanish tuition sessions conducted via Zoom calls. These sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted online.
2. Booking and Scheduling
2.1 Booking Process:
• Sessions can be booked through our website camilospanishtutor.com.
• Clients can select their preferred date and time based on availability.
• Payment for sessions must be made at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
2.2 Scheduling:
• Once the booking is confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for their session.
3. Session Fulfilment
3.1 Session Duration:
• Each session lasts for 60 minutes.
• The session will start and end promptly at the scheduled times.
3.2 Session Delivery:
• Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam.
• The Zoom link provided in the confirmation email is unique to each session and should not be shared.
3.3 Session Rescheduling and Cancellations:
• Clients can reschedule or cancel a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be subject to a refund or rescheduling at our discretion.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1 Payment Methods:
• We accept payments via payment cards.
4.2 Refund Policy:
• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Refunds are made at our discretion for late cancellations or no-shows.
5. Technical Issues
5.1 Client-Side Issues:
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their technical setup is functional. Refunds will not be provided for sessions missed due to client-side technical issues.
5.2 Provider-Side Issues:
• If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues on our side, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
