Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Lessons can be rescheduled more than 48 hours before the start time of the lesson without charge.

 

Rescheduling Policy

Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the start time may incur a charge of 100% of the lesson cost.

Full Refund Policy

You will have up to 48 hours before your session is due to start to cancel or reschedule it. If you choose to cancel before this cutoff time, you'll receive a full refund.

 

Discretionary Refunds and Rescheduling

The decision about whether to offer a refund or reschedule after the cutoff will be at my discretion.
