3. Booking and Scheduling

- Clients can select their preferred date and time based on availability.

- Payment for sessions must be made at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.

3.2 Scheduling:

- Once the booking is confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for their session.

4. Session Fulfilment

4.1 Session Duration:

- Each session lasts for 60 minutes.

- The session will start and end promptly at the scheduled times.

4.2 Session Delivery:

- Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Clients must ensure they have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and a webcam.

- The Zoom link provided in the confirmation email is unique to each session and should not be shared.

4.3 Session Rescheduling and Cancellations:

- Clients can reschedule or cancel a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be subject to a refund or rescheduling at our discretion.

5. Payment and Refunds
